Johnny Dilks & The Highway Kind is a unique blend of classic country and soul music, heavily influenced by the brass band traditions of New Orleans and Mexico. The 12-piece ensemble consists of 3 horns, 4 female vocalists, organ/piano, lead guitar, bass, drums, and leader Johnny Dilks on acoustic guitar and vocals. With some of New Orleans' finest musicians and eclectic musical backgrounds, Johnny Dilks & The Highway Kind has already dazzled audiences at major venues and festivals in the Crescent City.
